SKIF was founded in 1977 by Hirokazu Kanazawa Soke, now 10th Dan. It has become one of the world’s largest and finest karate organizations with over 2 million members in more than 100 countries. SKIF-USA is closely affiliated with SKIF-Japan and is dedicated to the growth and development of SKIF in the United States. Headquarters is located in St. Paul, Minnesota. The mailing address is SKIF-USA, P.O. Box 571251, Houston, TX 77257. This web page has been developed as an information center for all our current members and for non-members.
